It was a hot day in Kona but that didn't stop us!
Janet and Josephine are busy with making hats and Ed on the right is sinking his teeth into a lauhala hat band.

                               Aka set up for the day of teaching guests who come by to make a coconut fish. He does this free to all who come by.

Josephine's piko

                Piko means Belly Button in English. 
             So, its the start of us and its the start of the
                        Papale or in English  the Hat.
